Helen Hart hypnotherapy.If you are after hypnotherapy please, please go to Helen. I went to her so I could get a handle on my sugar cravings and it's working for me. She explains everything very clearly and you have a much better insight to how the human brain and subconscious work, why we do what we do (addictions), discover the triggers, etc. She is a friendly, warm and genuine person! Her therapy space in Stoneville is relaxing, safe and inviting.My cravings have gone, I'm losing weight and feel so much better.Thank you Helen, I've enjoyed our time together.
